Chanracteristics of TGM flexographic printing machine:
1. The printers are suitable to print rolls of paper, packing paper, glass paper, pp, pe and ploysterene bags films.
2. Advanced and ideal construction minimizes space occupied and enhances productivity.
3. Using hydraulic system to set the printing plates up and down automaticly, it is easy and accurate. There is no defects when starting and stopping machines.
4. The built-in impression counter is presented and stops the machine automacacly when the desired quantity is acquired, and the machine starts again on reset.
5. The throw-off or on action of printing cyliners are hydrulicly operated. The interlocking mehanism keeps the inking rollers runing to avoid drying of ink on such rollers, accomplishing the throw-off of printing cylinder.
6. Using a hot air dryer and a cold air fan system simultaneously,it makes the production more speedly, the dryer and fan will shut down automaticly when the machine stops, it makes this machine more safe.
7. The built-in-automation-stop-device can stop the machine automaticly when the feeding roll is finished or the tension is not enough for printing.
